Threading its way through Singapore’s iconic architecture is a carefully constructed Rube Goldberg Marble Run that personifies the dynamism and speed of the overall Formula 1 experience from start to finish. The Marble Run and the panorama of Singapore’s cityscape and heartlands are both created to resemble the features of the Formula 1 Singapore Grand Prix – circuit, suspense and thrill.
Spanning 30metres in length, the Rube Goldberg marble run was designed to represent the confluence of the suburban heartlands with the urban city skyline on the facing wall, symbolizing the coming together of the people of Singapore. For 3 days each year, Singaporeans from all walks of life congregate in the heart of Marina Bay to take on roles as organizers and race officials, putting their hearts and souls into the execution of the only night street race in the Formula 1 race calendar.
Insert Coin customized the build, design and technology of the marble run specific to the dimensions of the gallery space in the suite, creating a fascinating set up with that sparked conversations between both local and international VVIPs hosted in the Suite.
